Kevin O. Joseph, MD is the Medical Director of St. Charles Community Health Center. Dr. Joseph began his premedical education at Xavier University where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry. He then attended LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana where he earned his Medical Degree. After completing his residency with the Family Practice program at E. A. Conway Medical Center in Monroe, Louisiana, he moved to La Place, Louisiana in 2000 to start his medical practice in the River Parishes Region. Dr. Joseph joined St. Charles Community Health Center in 2003.

Ms. Hartman is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University of Louisiana and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University of New Orleans. She practiced in a large family practice clinic and taught in the nurse practitioner program at Loyola University New Orleans before she joined the staff of St. Charles Community Health Center in December 2003. Ms. Hartman sees patients of all ages with acute and chronic health programs.

Erick F. Huarcaya, MD, Family Medicine physician at St. Charles Community Health Center in Kenner. Dr. Huarcaya completed his medical education in Cayetano Heredia University in Peru, as well as a Master in Tropical and Infectious Diseases in the same university. After completing his residency in the Family and Community Medicine Program at the University of New Mexico in 2008, he moved to Kenner, Louisiana, to start at work for St. Charles Community Health Center in 2009.
