Michelle Comboy, MSN, APRN-BC, FNP Ms. Comboy attended the University of New Orleans and Our Lady of Holy Cross College and received a BSN and AD in Juvenile Counseling. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Children's Hospital in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for four years. While working full time, she attended Loyola University in New Orleans where she received a Masters of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner Specialty in 2006. Ms. Comboy joined the staff of St. Charles Community Health Center in Luling, Louisiana in 2006 as a Family Nurse Practitioner treating pediatric and adult patients.

Sophia Thomas, APRN, FNP-BC Sophia L. Thomas APRN, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner practicing in Pediatrics at St. Charles Community Health Center. Sophia began her education at Northeast Louisiana University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1993. She then went on to earn her Master in Nursing at Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans in 1996. She holds dual certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center. In addition to her clinical practice, Ms. Thomas serves as the President of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Louisiana State Representative for the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She was named the Louisiana state recipient of the 2009 Nurse Practitioner of the Year award by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Bahram Sadeghpour, MD Dr. Sadeghpour completed his formal education in Isfahan, Iran. After completing Medical School at the University of Isfahan, Iran, he enlisted in the military and worked in remote areas of Iran as a licensed physician for 18 months, which was a mandatory duty in order to leave the country. After completing his military service he worked in a local clinic for 1 year before leaving the country to go to the United States in July 1975. Once in the United States, Dr. Sadeghpour and his wife resided in Lafayette, Louisiana, where his wife was in a Residency Program. After his wife completed the Residency Program, they moved to New Orleans in 1977 and Dr. Sadeghpour entered Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine where he earned a Masters degree in Tropical Medicine and Maternal Child Health. Dr. Sadeghpour then entered the Pediatric Residency Program at Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana. After completing the Residency Program, he worked in an Army Recruiting Unit for 6 months before starting a private practice in Kenner, Louisiana. Dr. Sadeghpour became Board Certified in Pediatrics in 1992 and became a U.S. Citizen in 1998. In 2000, he decided to expand his practice to Luling, Louisiana and then joined the staff at St. Charles Community Health Center in 2004.
