Christie Jackson Christie Jackson, LPC, NCC
Christie E. Jackson, LPC, NCC is the Substance Abuse Program Coordinator for the Behavioral Health Paul Maillard location. She received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University New Orleans in psychology. Mrs. Jackson then went on to obtain her Master's Degree from the University of New Orleans in Counselor Education with a focus in community counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She joined St. Charles Community Health Center in 2008 when she transitioned the St. Charles Parish Drug Court program to the Health Center.

Kristopher Kaliebe Kristopher Edward Kaliebe, M.D.
Dr. Kaliebe received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry from Columbia College at Columbia University in New York in 1992. He graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Granada, West Indies in 1999 and completed his Psychiatry residency at UMDNJ – New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ in 2002. Dr. Kaliebe completed post doctoral training in 2004 as a Fellow of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Program of Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana and in 2005 as a Fellow of the Forensic Psychiatry Program of Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. He received three Certifications in Psychotherapy in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy from Albert Ellis Institute in New York. He has a wide-range of teaching experience and is currently instructing medical students and residents at Louisiana State University School of Medicine. He won the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry teaching award in 2007. He is a member of LSU’s Academy for Academic Scholarship.

Dr. Kaliebe has received numerous Honors and Awards including the Association for Academic Psychiatry Bristol-Meyers Squibb Honorary Fellow Award in October 2002; the Department of Veterans Affairs Special Contribution Award for Clinical Service in Psychiatry in February 2002; the Outstanding Resident Award presented at the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Miami, Florida in October 2003; and he was inducted into Berkeley Preparatory School Athletic Hall of Fame in Tampa, Florida in November 2003. He was named a Best Doctor in Child Psychiatry in Louisiana by New Orleans Magazine in August of 2008.

Dr. Kaliebe is a Diplomat with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is Specialty Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry. He has posted his opinions and links to his heroes on a web site: Fatherslittlehelper.com. Since 2005 Dr. Kaliebe has held the positions of Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry with Louisiana State University Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Division of Law and Psychiatry and School of Public Health; Staff Psychiatrist, Jetson Correctional Center for Youth, Louisiana State Juvenile Justice Program. These positions are in addition to his service as Behavioral Health Medical Director for St. Charles Community Health Center in Luling, Louisiana.


Lakisha Momon LaKisha Mamon, MD
LaKisha Mamon, MD is a Child, Adolescent and Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist. Dr. Mamon completed her undergraduate education at Xavier University of Louisiana, in New Orleans, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She later earned her Medical Degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. She completed her internship/residency in Adult Psychiatry with the Louisiana State University/Ochsner Psychiatry Program in New Orleans, LA. She continued on with a 2 year fellowship at LSU specializing in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Mamon joined St. Charles Community Health Center in 2008.

Myra Noustens, LCSW Myra Duvall Noustens, LCSW
Ms. Noustens graduated from Grace King High School in Metairie, Louisiana in 1973. She received her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern Louisiana University in 1977 and received her Masters in Social Work from Southern University New Orleans in 1987. She has worked with children, adolescents and families for over 30 years under a variety of contracts with St. Charles Parish Public Schools, St. Charles Parish Juvenile Courts and through a local private practice. She has been a resident of St. Charles Parish for over 20 years with her husband and two daughters. Ms. Noustens joined the staff of St. Charles Community Health Center following Hurricane Katrina in September 2005.
