	Mark Keiser, CEO/Executive Director Mark F. Keiser is the Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of St. Charles Community Health Center. He has been with the Health Center since its inception. Mark graduated with honors from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in medical technology and business administration. Before enrolling at Michigan State University, Mark served in the United States Marine Corps and is a Viet Nam Veteran. He further pursued graduate studies at Tulane University and holds the following degrees: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Health Administration (MHA), and Master of Public Health (MPH). He is a Certified Health Care Executive (CHE) and a Diplomat of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Mark currently oversees all operations of St. Charles Community Health Center.

	James Comeaux, LCSW, Chief Operating Officer James G. Comeaux holds a graduate degree in Social Work from Tulane University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He is a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience as a clinician, program manager and facilities director for a variety of behavioral health and healthcare organizations. His 18 years of experience has provided him with knowledge of program and systems development and implementation. As part of the Administrative Team of St. Charles Community Health Center, he has helped grow the health center to one of the largest in Louisiana and it is considered a model of the "patient centered medical home." He is currently the Chief Operating Officer and supervises all clinical areas. James Comeaux is the President of the St. Charles Parish Children and Youth Planning Board, past chairman of the St. Charles Parish Mental Health Taskforce and is a member of the College of Healthcare Executives. He also is on the faculty of the Texas Association of Community Health Center's Optimizing Clinical Outcomes Collaborative.

	Gretchen Reneé Helmstetter, CPA, Chief Financial Officer Gretchen Reneé Helmstetter is the Chief Financial Officer of St. Charles Community Health Center. She received a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Reneé has over 15 years of experience in the field of accounting, including industry and public accounting, grand auditing, managerial accounting and tax preparation. Prior to the Health Center, Reneé held the position of Controller for a manufacturing company for three years. Reneé joined St. Charles Community Health Center in September of 2003.
