Laura A. Millet graduated from School of Nursing at Hinds College, Jackson, MS in 1994. Practicing LPN with the first 5 years working at MS State Hospital as a Psych Nurse then moved to Louisiana working at Nursing Home in Luling, then for private Doctor as his Psych Nurse until coming to St. Charles Community Health Center in 2002. Working throughout the facility in Nursing areas such as Adult care, Pediatrics and then as WIC Director prior to becoming the Director for Norco Adult Day Health Care operated at St. Charles Community Health Center.

Lydia M. Roberts is the Behavioral Health Manager at St. Charles Community Health Center. Lydia earned a Bachelors in Social Work in 1999 and a Masters in Social Work in 2001 at Southern University in New Orleans, LA. Upon completion of studies, Lydia has worked in diverse areans of social services and even as an entrepreneur. She was hired as the Case Manger Supervisor in December 2006 and later became the Behavioral Health Manager as of 2007 which encompasses psychiatry, counseling, case management and substance abuse services.
