CASE MANAGEMENT
St. Charles Community Health Center works with every patient to ensure they understand their prescribed and recommended medical care and that they appropriately contribute to their own care whenever possible.

SCHOOL, SPORTS, AND WORK PHYSICALS
A call to St. Charles Community Health Center is all that is needed to schedula an appointment for a physical that is required for sports, school, or work assignments. Required paperwork is provided to the patient during the scheduled appointment.

PREVENTIVE DENTAL
St. Charles Community Health Center continues to seek out innovative ways to meet the healthcare needs of our patients. Stay tuned for more information as we develop a new Preventive Dental program. Launch date is scheduled for late 2007.

DISCOUNTED PHARMACY PROGRAM
St. Charles Community Health Center participates in the Federal Drug Discount Card pharmaceutical program providing reduced cost pharmaceuticals to our patients.

LABORATORY SERVICES
St. Charles Community Health Center provides laboratory services to help medical staff diagnose illness and begin immediate treatment. There are minimal fees for these services, and a sliding fee scale is available to qualifying patients.

VISION AND HEARING TESTS
A call to St. Charles Community Health Center is all that is needed to schedule an appointment for a general vision or hearing screening test.
