Appointments are recommended and are scheduled on a same or next day basis. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.

• Patients with or without insurance may qualify for a discount of as much as 90% depending on income.
• For our insured patients, St. Charles Community Health Center will file your insurance claim.
• Deductibles, co-payments, and uninsured charges are the responsibility of the patient.
